June 20th is celebrated around the world and commemorates the strength, courage and resilience of millions of refugees. Join Heart House as we celebrate the richness of diversity and cultures of our students and families in Vickery Meadow.

Support Heart House!
Your gift will support the life changing, holistic approach that is unique to Heart House. Through the Head, Heart, and Hands (H3) program, our afterschool and summer programs provide homework assistance, mentoring, counseling, and promote healthy social-emotional learning. Our data shows that Heart House programs improve mental health and social development, increase reading and math scores, and enhance the overall well-being of our students. Your gift can help support the 240 refugee and underprivileged children of Vickery Meadow thrive. Students are engaged in MindUp curricula, art, STEAM, entrepreneurship/finance, and the science of gardening and healthy living.

Heart House’s mission is to use education as a catalyst to combat poverty and promote equity for the most vulnerable in our city: refugee children.
